The Sternwheelers

When you blend Irish traditional music and American roots music, you get the
Sternwheelers. The band grew out of friendships formed in the very small Irish music
community in Nashville. After sessions at the pub turned into house party sessions
eventually a band was born. The Sternwheelers bring fresh arrangements of songs and tunes from the musical traditions of both countries. They're songwriters, folk singers, and tune junkies.
