Founded in 2018 by Pete McCauley (MAC) and Tim Cheesebrow (CHEESE), the Mac and Cheese band is a flexible ensemble of accomplished musicians, featuring contemporary takes on Celtic, Bluegrass, Trad, Folk, & Classic Rock – sprinkled with a smattering of original material and the occasional extended psychedelic jam.
